Better Travel Photography was created by Steve Davey to celebrate the art of travel photography and to help people improve their travel photography skills and get more out of their travels. Some of the highlights of the site are image galleries, travel photography features and 501 Travel Photography Tips. This site also features Steve's exclusive range of travel photography tours.
The photo tour you are looking for is currently not scheduled. Steve Davey is a professional photographer and writer and so only leads three or four tours a year to balance with his professional and family life. You can see some images from the last time that this tour ran below. At the moment we have three tours available, but are busy working on more itineraries:
Impressions of Ladakh 2017
We love Ladakh, and are really excited to be heading back again in 2017. We have extensively changed the itinerary though: this time, as well as the incredible towns and monasteries of the Leh Valley, we will be exploring the Nubra Valley, visiting the Zanskar Festival and driving the Srinagar-Leh highway to the town of Srinagar and staying on Dal Lake. Impressions of Morocco 2017
Morocco is a fantastic place, and the Djemaa el Fna square in Marrakech is one of my favourite places in the whole world. As well as this exotic city, we will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Essauoria on the coast, trek to a mountain village of Armed and shoot star trails over the incomparable kasbah of Ait Benhaddou.orocco is a perennial favourite, and this shorter trip visits some of the most photogenic places in the country. Impressions of Madagascar 2018
Many places are called unique, but Madagascar is a truly unique place. The landscapes, the culture and of course the wildlife are like nowhere else on earth; and this exciting toour takes in some of the best that Madagascar has to offer. We will visit charming towns, cultural villages, rainforests and a sea of rock Tsingy; and of course, you will have plenty of chances to see the endemic wildlife of this incredible island.
